According to a final report released today by Koelnmesse Star Wars Battlefront holds the gamescom award 2015 title. EA’s game was nominated in 4 of the 17 jury categories and was automatically nominated for the “Most Wanted” Consumer Award and the Best of gamescom Award.
Star Wars Battlefront was the star (heh) of the show winning the Best of gamescom Award, Best Console Game Sony Playstation, Best PC Game and Best Online Multiplayer Game. Additionally, Star Wars Battlefront also scored the public voted award of “Most Wanted” Consumer Award.
Star Wars Battlefront is scheduled for release on November 17, 2015 in North America, November 19, 2015 in Australia and November 20, 2015 in Europe for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
