The Wii U may be gone, but it’s certainly not forgotten as Darksiders: Warmastered Edition is still coming to Nintendo’s last generation platform despite what has been previously reported.
The remastered version of the original Darksiders will hit the Wii U on May 23rd worldwide, so don’t pack it up just yet.
We had the privilege to review Darksiders: Warmastered Edition, scoring it 55 due to some unwanted lip-syncing issues, but they have since been resolved.
Darksiders puts you in control of War, one of the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse, who has been tasked with proving to the Charred Council that he did not cause a war between Heaven and Hell on Earth.
How the developers will implement the Wii U’s gamepad, though, is anyone’s guess.
