Recently announced by Famitsu, a line of Japanese video game magazines, is the addition of Toon Link to the roster of Hyrule Warriors Legends. Additional content was also revealed, dealing with new content based on The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker.
Hyrule Warriors Legends is the handheld port of Koei Tecmo’s Wii U game, Hyrule Warriors. The game was Zelda-inspired but included gameplay similar to the Dynasty Warrior games.
Toon Link will be joining the already announced Tetra and King of Hyrule.
Hyrule Warriors Legends is slated for a Spring 2016 release.
