Deadeus the 8-Bit Horror Game for the Game Boy Is Available for Pre-Order

Great news, retro and Game Boy fans, Spacebot Interactive is making their second physical release, and it’s Deadeus by -IZMA-. This game has 11 endings with no direct path, leaving it up to the player to decide which is the best course of action to take.

Deadeus is an authentic horror Game Boy game developed using Chris Maltby’s GB Studio engine, which features music by Stuart Busby. It centers around a small boy who has a prophetic nightmare telling him everyone will die in 3 days and that he has to investigate his village to see how he can save them, if at all.

Deadeus is now live to pre-order at Spacebot Interactive’s website as a normal copy that includes the box, the game cartridge and a manual for £42. Congratulations on those who managed to grab the limited edition version that sold out since there were only 100 that were being made, which included everything as the normal edition but also included a digital OST and a cassette copy too for £57 and postage. You can check out the trailer below.
