Marvel’s Spider-Man The Heist DLC Teaser Trailer Features Black Cat

The long-awaited PlayStation 4 exclusive, Marvel’s Spider-Man, is scheduled to release worldwide later this week on September 7th. Sony and Insomniac Games have given fans a taste of what’s in store for the post-launch content in a brand new teaser trailer. It showcases The Heist, which is the first segment of The City That Never Sleeps (Spider-Man’s additional story DLC), and it features Black Cat.

Community Director at Insomniac Games, James Stevenson, said this in a recent PlayStation Blog post:

”The first chapter of Marvel’s Spider-Man: The City That Never Sleeps is Marvel’s Spider-Man: The Heist, and it will be released on October 23.

As you play the base game, you’ll realize that Felicia Hardy, aka Black Cat, is back in town and she’s leaving clues around town to toy with Spider-Man.

In Marvel’s Spider-Man: The Heist, she finally reveals herself. Featuring new missions and challenges, as well as a brand new faction of enemies and three additional suits to unlock, you won’t want to miss it.”

The City That Never Sleeps contains three segments. The Heist will come first and officially launches on October 23rd. The other two segments, Turf Wars and Silver Lining, are due to release later on this year.

Marvel’s Spider-Man: The Heist – October 23rd, 2018

Marvel’s Spider-Man: Turf Wars – Sometime in November 2018

Marvel’s Spider-Man: Silver Lining – Sometime in December 2018

All three segments can be purchased on the PlayStation Store right now as a bundle. Alternatively, each segment can be bought individually upon release, or fans can pre-order the Digital Deluxe Edition of the game which includes all this content and more.

Marvel’s Spider-Man is an upcoming action-adventure title developed by Insomniac Games and published by Sony. It’s set to release September 7th, 2018 exclusively on PlayStation 4.
