The third and final piece of DLC for Far Cry 5, Dead Living Zombies, will release next week on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC, Ubisoft has announced.
Dead Living Zombies releases on August 28th and will see players team up with Guy Marvel to create his very own ‘epic zombie saga’ through several different scenarios that will have players battling hordes of zombies.
One of the scenarios includes a special zombie take on Romeo and Juliet where Romeo happens to be a combination of nearly every mythical creature imaginable, including a werewolf, mummy, vampire and with some bits of Frankenstein thrown in for good measure.
The Dead Living Zombies DLC is included as part of the Far Cry 5 Season Pass, which also includes the game’s previous two DLC chapters, Hours of Darkness and Lost on Mars. The season pass is available for £25.99, which is a few quid cheaper than buying all three pieces of DLC separately.
So far, Ubisoft’s DLC for Far Cry 5 has received mixed reviews from gamers, with both Hours of Darkness and Lost on Mars noted as being fairly shallow and repetitive.
Hopefully, Dead Living Zombies won’t fall into the same trap as the previous two.
