This Is the Police 2 Gets Release Date for PS4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch

This Is the Police 2 will be released for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch on September 25th, THQ Nordic has announced.

The game is already available on PC, having been released on July 31st to positive reviews. Reviews for the sequel to This Is the Police currently sit at “Mostly Positive” on Steam with a 74% recommendation rating.

Described as having a mixture of simulation, management, tactical challenge, visual novel and puzzle features, This Is the Police 2 tasks players with running a sheriff’s department in a troubled town. Players must see that the law is enacted as they see fit while managing their cops and avoiding being sent to jail themselves.

With corruption rife and everyone looking out for themselves, players can expect to make a number of tough decisions in the story-driven game.

This Is the Police 2 also introduces brand new tactical combat which will see you managing your officers on the ground in a turn-based strategy mode similar to XCOM.
