Age of Mythology gets a new expansion

Age of Mythology is due to receive a new expansion nearly 13 years after the game was first released back in 2002.

The new expansion is titled Tale of the Dragon and not much is known at the moment but due to its name, the expansion will focus on Chinese Culture and Mythology.

Last year, Forgotten Empires and SkyBox Labs worked on bringing Age of Mythology: The Extended Edition to Steam which included the base game and the expansion, The Titans, which was released a year after the original release. The Extended Edition included Twitch Support, Native HD and improved visuals.

Now Tale of the Dragon is being developed by the same two studios, with Forgotten Empires due to hold a Twitch livestream on October 2 so that they can reveal more details about the upcoming expansion.
