Jsaux RGB Series Gaming Accessories Review

Jsaux are renowned for the quality of their products, especially when compared to the prices they charge, which are some of the most competitive on the market.

Well, they recently stepped up their game…quite literally when it comes to gaming accessories, not only for the Steam Deck but also for other gaming handhelds such as Ayaneo and ROG, to name just a couple.

If you like anything that flashes colours, then these products will be an ideal and great addition to your accessory collection, especially as at the time of writing this article, Jsaux have up to 20% off promotions in place.

First off, we have the transparent backplate with RGB and vent kit. Similar to previous backplates that Jsaux have released, this allows you to see the internals of the Steam Deck, only this time it’s fitted with RGB lights.

At the press of a button, you can choose from 6 different light patterns, my favourite being the rainbow wave. Very simple to attach, the backplate also allows for cooler air to be brought into the externals whilst hotter air is released.

It also comes with additional rubber grips, which really do look great on the Steam Deck. Starting at $39.99, the backplate is a great accessory with the included RGB, which by the way is also rechargeable and lasts for ages. It really does allow you to customise the Steam Deck to how you want it.

Next up, we have the RGB docking station. Again, part of the RGB series, the docking station has a multitude of options to choose from and 6 different colour settings; again, my favourite being the rainbow wave.

The dock can be used with any gaming handheld as long as it supports USB-C in, so it’s ideal for the Steam Deck, ROG Ally and Ayaneo 2S. The stand is retractable and allows you to connect through a multitude of inputs, such as an SD card slot, HDMI 2.1, USB-A 3.2 and Gigabit Ethernet, to name just a few.

Made from ABS, the docking station is light and portable, allowing you to connect your gaming handheld up to a larger screen or monitor with ease. Currently priced from $59.99, this is a great accessory to own alongside the RGB backplate.

Finally, we have the RGB magnetic cooler, which is probably my most favourite of all the RGB products. Connected and powered through the Steam Deck (I’m actually using mine with my Ayaneo 2S), which only draws 10W at low speed and 18W at high, it will lower the internal temperature of the gaming device.

Supplied with a cooling backplate, the cooler simply attaches to it via a strong magnet. Once switched on, it cools the plate, therefore cooling the internals. The magnetic cooler really does work…..even using it on my Ayaneo 2S, I can see a considerable difference with the internal fan not kicking in as much as it did when I wasn’t using the cooler.

Overall, all 3 accessories are all made to a high standard and look great no matter which one you choose to use. And like I said at the start of this article, there are currently up to 20% savings on their website….so, grab them while you can at a great price.
