For Honor is a hack and slash game set during the medieval period in development by Ubisoft Montreal and set to release for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One on 14th February. You get to play as a character from three different factions representing a Knight, Samurai, and Viking. The single player campaign is also fully playable cooperatively.
The game was shown off last year and although we didn’t see as much as we wanted to, it stood as one of the most interesting new IPs of E3. But Ubisoft showed off a lot of the game they chose to focus on the Vikings campaign and we got to see the brutal tactical combat system known as “Art of Battle”
For Honor is shaping up to be one of the most exciting new IPs, with Ubisoft going on to call them the greatest warriors to ever be known. You can find out why by checking the gameplay video below:
