Ubisoft revealed details about South Park: The Fracture but Whole at their E3 2016 press event. This game takes place immediately after the events of The Stick of Truth, with South Park‘s not-so-charming group of 4th graders who are now LARPing as superheroes, with their own hypothetical movie franchises and Netflix series.
You play as the protagonist who is called Douchebag, or Douche for short, as you get to create your very own hero, picking from a range of different classes. Check out the official E3 trailer below.
South Park‘s co-creators, Trey Parker and Matt Stone, took the stage to offer some details on the project and showed us a meaty amount of gameplay. The Fractured but Whole‘s combat system retains some turn-based elements but now offers players a little more freedom to use space and move. For those who were at E3, they were lucky enough to get a chance to play the demo.
South Park: The Fractured but Whole will be released on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC on December 6th, and if you preorder the game, you will get South Park: The Stick of Truth for free.
