SNK announced via video message today that the classic NEOGEO Pocket Color game “Fatal Fury: First Contact” has launched for Nintendo Switch today.
The classic fighting game from 1999 returns to Nintendo Switch and, as Producer Yasuyuki Oda stated in a special video presentation, has been “adapted with the Nintendo Switch’s Handheld/Tabletop mode in mind, so local 2P Versus is like a dream!”. It will feature higher resolution graphics and a unique visual presentation that feature aesthetics of the NEOGEO Pocket Color that have been faithfully recreated. Fatal Fury: First Contact joins four other NEOGEO Pocket Color titles available on Nintendo Switch as part of the NEOGEO Pocket Color Selection Collection. Fatal Fury: First Contact is available now on Nintendo Switch via the eShop for $7.99.
