Ubisoft has released a gameplay trailer that introduces Rainbow Six Siege’s new playable unit, the French counter-terrorism group GIGN. The trailer showcases each operator’s unique gadgets and role. The four GIGN operators are the two attackers Montagne and Twitch and the two defenders Doc and Rook.
Montagne is the pointman carrying the Le Roc Extendable Shield, Twitch is the trap disposal operator with her RSD Model 1 Shock Drone, Doc is the medic who’s able to revive downed teammates with his MPD-O Stim Pistol, and lastly Rook is the armor providing support operative rocking the R1N “Rhino” Armor Pack.
Rainbow Six Siege is set to release on 13th October on Xbox One, PS4 and PC with a Closed Beta scheduled for the 24th of September.
