Batman: Arkham Knight Delayed On PC Until “Autumn”

It was revealed in an email reportedly circulating throughout Australian games retailer EB Games that Batman: Arkham Knight will not be fixed for PC until spring. The email acquired by Kotaku Australia reads:

“As previously advised, we have stopped sales of Batman: Arkham Knight PC while Warner and Rocksteady work on addressing performance issues with the game. The latest information from Warner is that the updates won’t be available until Spring. Due to this we have made the difficult decision to recall all PC stock from stores to return to the vendor until an acceptable solution is released.”

It is worth noting however that “spring” here refers to the Australian spring, which is autumn in the northern hemisphere. This means we will not get a fix for the PC version of Batman: Arkham Knight until at least two months from now.

Seeing that EG Games is reportedly sending all of its stock back to Warner locally, it could mean that a significant delay is expected.
