PlayStation’s Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 exclusivity is 30 days

The PlayStation exclusivity of DLC for Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 will be 30 days, meaning that PS4 and PS3 owners will get to experience the latest DLC a whole month before those playing on Xbox One, Xbox 360 and PC. The length of the exclusivity was revealed by VP of Publisher & Developer Relations at PlayStation Adam Boyes who was speaking to Kotaku at E3.

For previous games in the Call of Duty series, Microsoft enjoyed the 30 days exclusivity, however the boot is now on the other foot, with Sony and Activation planning on keeping the agreement in place beyond Black Ops 3.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 launches November 6 on Xbox One, PS4, PC, Xbox 360 and PS3.
