New Detective Pikachu Game Announced for Nintendo Switch

At the 2019 Pokémon press conference held today in Tokyo, The Pokémon Company announced that a follow-up to the 2018 3DS title Detective Pikachu would be released on the Nintendo Switch.

 

The currently untitled Detective Pikachu sequel will continue the story from the first and is said to play out differently to the ending featured in the Detective Pikachu film. More information about this title, including the official title,  release date, and pricing, will be revealed in the future.
