Cyberpunk 2077 Is Playable from Start to Finish

CD Projekt Red has announced that Cyberpunk 2077 is now playable from start to finish, although there’s still a long way to go before the game will be ready for release.

In an interview with Engadget, Cyberpunk 2077 producer Richard Richard Borzymowski revealed that the game still lacks assets and haven’t been fully playtested yet, which is likely to uncover a number of bugs and glitches that need to be ironed out before release. However, what Borzymowski did say is that the story is now pretty much finished and is in the game.

While there’s still no release date yet for Cyberpunk 2077, fans of the upcoming game should take this as good news as it shows that steady progress has been made and hopefully, if things go according to plan, it will be in gamers’ hands sooner rather than later.

It’s likely to be a while yet though before we actually get an official announcement with a release date. CD Projekt Red has previously stated that they are aiming for a current-gen release date, so it’s plausible we might not see the game until late 2019 at the earliest or even 2020.

What we do know for sure though is that Cyberpunk 2077 will be releasing on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC. We just don’t know when yet.
