Fallout 76 Beta Test Starts This October

The initial launch of Fallout 76’s B.E.T.A. (Break It Early Test Application) will launch this coming October. As was previously reported, the beta will launch first on Xbox One then on PS4 and Windows.

The team said they will be starting small and grow over time, letting a select few in at first, but eventually they will open the beta to all who have registered. They assured fans that all who pre-ordered (from participating retailers) will be included in the beta. No exact date for the beta’s launch has been given yet, but players should check Bethesda’s social media pages for updates.

To be eligible for the Fallout 76 beta, players need to pre-order the game from either the PlayStation Store, Xbox Store or Bethesda.net to be automatically enrolled. Those who pre-order the game from a separate retailer need to redeem their code on Bethesda.net.account.

This will put the Fallout 76 beta a month before the game’s official release on November 14th for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
