A trailer of Overwatch’s upcoming Insurrection update has just been leaked across the internet. This video from PlayStation France showcased an all-new PvE game mode called “King’s Row” with four characters: Reinhardt, Tracer, Mercy and Torbjorn. The game mode itself is based on the events in the recent Overwatch Uprising comics, which occurred 7 years ago in Overwatch’s timeline. “King’s Row” will pit 4 players against an army of different robotic enemies, while being speculated to be objective-based with boss battles.
Along with the new PvE mode, the Insurrection update also introduces new skins depicting the former Overwatch operatives in its glory days, as well as the covert agents from Blackwatch. There will be a Blackwatch-themed McCree, Genji when not being a full cyborg, non-purple Widowmaker (a.k.a. Amelie Lacroix), and the blue-colored squad of original Overwatch. Also, 100 new objects such as models, entries, emotes, tags, etc. will be added to the game.
