Rockstar’s Cult Classic The Warriors now on PS4

Rockstar’s Xbox and PlayStation 2 cult classic The Warriors is now available to play on the PlayStation 4. Based upon the 1979 movie of the same name, – which itself was inspired by a 1965 novel, The Warriors is essentially a beat-’em-up which was originally released back in 2005.

According to The Warriors PS Store listing, it features “full 1080p up-rendering and enhanced features such as Trophies, Shareplay, Remote Play, Activity Feeds and Second Screen support for game manuals with PS Vita or PS App.

“This title has been converted from the original PS2 version to the PS4. There may be times where the the title plays differently from the PS2 version.”

This cult classic is available on the European PS Now for £11.99/€14.99 and will be up later on today for North America and Australia, although prices are not available at the time of writing this.
