Titanfall 2 has been Officially Announced for PS4, Xbox One, and PC

It’s been known for some time amongst the gaming community that Titanfall 2 has been in development over at Respawn Entertainment and EA, however, we now have official confirmation that the game is indeed in development and will be releasing on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC in the near future.

Titanfall launched as an Xbox One and PC exclusive back in May 2014, with Respawn Entertainment stating at the time that the sequel to Titanfall would be multiplatform. That has now been confirmed as Titanfall 2 will be heading to Sony’s PlayStation 4 as well as the Xbox One and PC.

A teaser trailer was also posted onto YouTube by EA which gives us a tiny glimpse of the environment and a sword-wielding mech. The first official gameplay footage of Titanfall 2 will be shown worldwide on June 12 at EA Play which takes place right before E3.

There is no release date yet for when Titanfall 2 will be available, although it is expected to release towards the end of 2016. If not, then it is assumed that Titanfall 2 will be coming our way very early on in 2017.
