Cake Bash Playable at the Steam Summer Game Festival

Developers High Tea Frog and publisher Coatsink are extremely excited to announce that their game Cake Bash is taking part in the Steam Summer Games Festival. Starting June 9th, a demo of Cake Bash will be made publicly available for the first time on Steam.

In Cake Bash, you fight to be the tastiest cake in a frantic four-player party game where adorable drawn-to-life cakes beat the crumbs out of each other!

The new demo includes local multiplayer fun for up to 4 players and showcases 4 game modes, including 2 never before seen mini-games – Fork Knife and Campfire.

Cake Bash is a manic party game where the goal is to make yourself as irresistible as possible. Cover yourself in chocolate, jelly beans and all manner of sugar-studded goodies to become the tastiest cake, but watch out – your rivals will do anything to stop you, whether it’s by clouting you with a spork, knocking you into pigeon poop, or covering you in all manner of gunk! The two main game modes are Sweet Victory and Fruity Pie, where you can cover yourself in sweeties or hurl the most fruit into a pie. Try both game modes at the Bakery or Patio levels, one of which features a hungry pigeon.

Cake Bash will arrive on Steam, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PlayStation 4 later this year. The demo will be available to download for free on June 9th at 10 AM PDT on Steam.
