Update: As of 17:00 on 17/06/2017 the issue appears to be resolved.
UK gamers who use the internet service provider TalkTalk have been experiencing problems accessing the PlayStation Network on their PS4s.
The issue was first reported three days ago, with some users losing access to the PlayStation Store, Video and Account services, as well as online play. Gamers initially took to Twitter to complain to the UK Ask PlayStation account before it became clear the issue lay with the TalkTalk ISP instead.

After several messages from users, TalkTalk updated their pinned tweet to assure users they were investigating the issue.
