Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Rescue Team DX Announced for Nintendo Switch

During today’s Pokémon-focused Nintendo Direct, The Pokémon Company announced that Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Red Rescue Team and Blue Rescue Team will be receiving a remake in the form of Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Rescue Team DX for the Nintendo Switch.

The remake will launch in March; however, a demo is launching on the Nintendo eShop later today. The remake features a brand new art style and marks the return of the Pokémon Mystery Dungeon series since 2015’s Pokémon Super Mystery Dungeon for the Nintendo 3DS.

Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Red Rescue Team and Blue Rescue Team launched for Game Boy Advance and Nintendo DS in Japan in 2005 and Europe and the United States in 2006, respectively. This remake commemorates the 15th anniversary of the spin-off series. Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Rescue Team DX launches March 6th, 2020, with a demo launching later today.
