Within two weeks of E3 starting, Microsoft has cut $50 off the price of nearly all its Xbox One bundles, bringing the cheapest option (a 500 GB console, gamepad and game) down to $300.
The 1TB bundles varies in price with the cheapest being $320 and the most expensive one being the Halo 5: Guardian bundle which stands at $500. For a full list of Xbox One bundles in NA you can go here.
Microsoft is reportedly planning to debut a more affordable Xbox One model later this year in the form of the Xbox One Slim with a more powerful version of the console, codenamed “Scorpio”, predicted to launch in 2017.
Although like many gamers who don’t already own a Xbox One, I’ll be one of those who waits for all of the E3 announcements before buying a new Xbox. Since last year’s Black Friday deals, I’ve seen the Xbox One go for $300 for a while now and can definitely wait on one.
