Witcher 3 Blood and Wine Expansion Release Date Leaked

The Witcher 3’s new DLC Expansion Blood and Wine may have been leaked today. Wccftech made the discovery on the Polish gaming website GRYOnline, which has listed the expansion as releasing on June 7th. CD Projekt Red have yet to make any official release dates. The content was originally planned for Q1 2016 but later got pushed back to the first half of 2016.

CD Projekt Red previously said The Witcher 3‘s two expansions, combined, amount to “almost the size of The Witcher 2.” Blood and Wine is expected to offer around 20 hours of gameplay, which is double what October’s Hearts of Stone had for players. For a expansion to to be the same size of a game is impressive, and definitely worth the money.

Blood and Wine’s first images were released in December, showcasing the colourful all-new region of Toussaint. CD Projekt Red haven’t mentioned any details on the new expansion yet but only that Blood and Wine will “take Geralt to a land untainted by war, where an atmosphere of carefree indulgence and knightly ritual masks an ancient, bloody secret.” It will also include new gear and enemies, as well as characters who are “both new and dearly missed.”
