The Game Awards 2019 will take place on December 12th. Geoff Keighley announced this on his Twitter this past Thursday. This will mark the 5th anniversary of The Game Awards, so it should be even bigger than last year’s. Keighley also stated that Super Smash Bros. Ultimate will be eligible for the Game of the Year award as it missed last year’s deadline.
