Pokémon Go Adds Azelf, Uxie, and Mesprit as Rare Spawns

Want more Pokémon in your Pokémon Go collection? There are some new rare spawns that have been released. Niantic has introduced the infamous Lake Trio to Pokémon Go. Azelf, Uxie Mesprit and Uxie can now be found as the new very rare wild spawns in the game.

The lake trio are a group of three Legendary psychic Pokémon that was first introduced in Pokémon Diamond and Pearl back in 2006 and then in the Pokémon Platinum game.

Good luck trying to find them though, it would seem that they are very hard to acquire. Early reports say that they can show up anywhere at anytime. So, you better have your eyes open at your nearby Pokémon list hoping that they show up.

Mesprit, Azelf and Uxie are appearing around the world in the wild rather than in Raids. Each Legendary is currently only available in a specific part of the world. Mesprit is available in Europe, Azelf is only appearing in America and Uxie is only spawning in Japan.

There is also another Legendary Pokemon making another appearance, Groundon, who has returned to the game for a limited time as one of Pokemon Go’s Earth Day bonuses. However, that is not all, one more special Pokémon is here that is making a first time appearance – shiny Diglett, but these bonuses are only live until May 2nd.
