A new Xbox One 1TB console has officially been announced by Microsoft and will begin shipping in the UK immediately. The 1TB console is available at GAME and will cost £349.99, while the existing 500GB Xbox One will see its price cut to £299.99 permanently.
The new console comes with a brand new matte finish and doubles the storage capacity of the console from 500GB to 1TB. It will also come boxed with the new Xbox One controller which features a 3.5mm stereo headset jack as well as improved bumpers. While the new Xbox One controller will be available via the 1TB console bundle, it won’t go on sale separately until June 16.
Microsoft also announced that a new Xbox Wireless Adapter for Windows will be available this Aumtum and will allow players to connect their Xbox One controller wirelessly to their computer running Windows 10.
