EA Play 2016 Early Event Details Revealed

Electronic Arts has released early details about EA Play 2016 which will take place between June 12 and June 14. EA Play will be taking place in Los Angeles with London getting an event on June 12. The event will be live-streamed by EA online so everyone can follow the event if they can’t attend it in person.

EA won’t be attending E3 this year so EA Play is their way of getting their games and any announcements they make seen by the public in the build up to gaming’s largest convention in the world. Unlike E3 though which is a press-only event, EA Play can be enjoyed by both consumers and the press together.

Titanfall 2 was officially announced to be coming to PS4, Xbox One and PC yesterday who confirmed that the game will be revealed in more detail at EA Play. The publisher today has added that Titanfall 2 “will join three titles from our EA Sports lineup”, so expect more details regarding the game alongside announcements from EA’s biggest sports game such as FIFA and Madden.

EA haven’t gone into detail yet about what games will be available at EA Play but along with the yearly release of FIFA and Madden as well as Titanfall 2, players can expect to see other games published by EA including Mass Effect: Andromeda. Battlefield 5 is also expected to make an appearance with a number of rumours circulating in recent weeks about where the game could be set. However one thing all the rumours had in common was that more details were to be revealed at EA Play 2016 in June.
