New Co-Op Survival Mission Heading to Metal Gear Survive

A new mission for Metal Gear Survive’s co-op mode has been announced by Konami and will be made available on PS4, Xbox One and PC sometime in March.

The new mode, Rescue Mission, will task a team of players with rescuing a group of soldiers who have become trapped and surrounded by zombies and are in urgent need of rescuing. In the words of Konami, this new Rescue Mission “will require a whole new level of cooperation and team spirit.”

While the new mission isn’t groundbreaking or that original, it will at least be a welcome addition by players and should see them taking the fight to the zombies in a nice change of pace with a focus on attack rather than defence.

Alongside the announcement for the new mission, Konami also revealed the schedule for Daily Missions which will give players rare rewards for completing them.

Metal Gear Survive is available now on PS4, Xbox One and PC.

Our review of Metal Gear Survive will be published soon. Stay tuned for that!
