WWE 2K18 Cover Star Revealed

WWE 2K will move away from the part-time Superstars mantra for their cover in this year’s instalment of the annual wrestling sim as Seth Rollins will gain the coveted spot.

For the past several releases, the WWE 2K games have either featured a part-time wrestler or a veteran roster member (John Cena- WWE 2K15). For this year’s instalment, the company have gone for a full-time wrestler still very much in his prime.

Seth Rollins is a hugely popular wrestler for WWE and is one of the main faces of the company in terms of PR appearances, etc. and as a main-event babyface for the RAW brand.

He does join an elite group of wrestlers who have graced the front of the cover, such as the Texas Rattlesnake Stone Cold Steve Austin, The Rock and Brock Lesnar.

As always, there will be a deluxe copy of the game. No details have been announced yet in terms of in-game content, but you will be able to get your hands on the game four days early.

Here’s a breakdown of what each of the three releases will get you

WWE 2K17 will be slammed into our consoles on October the 17th. There is no word as of yet if WWE 2K18 will make its way to the Switch.
