To say the Battlefield 1 beta was a success would be a massive understatement. EA have released some figures from the beta and the numbers are astounding. Firstly, 13.2 million people took part in the beta which is the biggest and most successful beta for EA to date (it is also apparently more than double the troop deployment for the British and Ottoman Empires whom were fighting in the Middle East during World War I (why EA decided to share this stat, I don’t know).
