Face off Against Batman in Batman: Arkham Underworld, out now on iOS

Great news Batman fans, if you have an iPhone or Apple tablet, you no longer need to make Pokémon Go consume you and be your addiction as Batman: Arkham Underworld is now available on the app store.

You get to play as the Caped Crusader’s enemies, giving you a chance to battle against Batman himself. Yep, that’s right, you fight against Batman and not as him, making this a unique Batman game. The overall goal is to become Arkham’s “next criminal mastermind,” and you’ll do this by amassing an army of henchmen.

Supervillains featured in the game include Harley Quinn, Scarecrow, Mr. Freeze, The Riddler, and Killer Croc. But who knows if they decide to add more villians in the future?

Arkham Underworld takes place before the events of Rocksteady’s Batman: Arkham Asylum. As of now, the game is only on iOS, but the Android version will come soon- since when you signed up for the game, you had a choice between both. You can take a look at the trailer down below.

Batman: Arkham Underworld isn’t the only Batman game getting released this year, there is also the upcoming virtual reality game Batman: Arkham VR for PlayStation VR which is coming later this yea, as well as the Return to Arkham remaster collection which is reportedly coming in November, though this is not official. You can guarantee that, me being the big Batman fan I am, I’ll be saving up to get all of them.

Also, here’s another interview Kevin Conroy did about how he went about playing Batman in this game.
